When your home purchase closes, Alokee will pay you any commission collected above $8,900 (this is what we “charge”). For example, the average commission in San Francisco is about $40,000. After the sale closes, Alokee will write you a check for $30,100.

How Do I See Homes?

You can see houses however you prefer. Common choices include open houses and contacting the listing agent(s). Alokee will also show you homes; the first five are free. After that, showings are $89, each billed upon closing and deducted from your Alokee cash bonus.

Can I Make an Offer on an Unlisted House?

Yes, Alokee can help you put in an offer on any home.

How Long Does It Take to Make an Offer?

Alokee offers can take anywhere from two minutes to a few hours to put together, depending on the complexity of your offer.

Can I Arrange a Home Inspection Through Alokee?

Yes, we will help you get a high-quality home inspection unless you already have an inspector you have chosen.

Does My Transaction Have Title Insurance and Professional Escrow Facilitation?

Yes, it does. Alokee facilitates all parts of the home buying process.

What Percentage of the Sale Does Alokee Take?

What If I am Unhappy with Alokee?

Alokee is dedicated to our customers. Before an offer is accepted, you are under no contractual obligation to continue using Alokee, and you can end the process at any point.

Once an offer made through Alokee is accepted, we have a contractual obligation to each other only for that transaction and only until it is complete or stopped.
