How does Alokee pay me to buy a home?
By facilitating an offer, negotiations and closing for you, Alokee is paid a commission by the seller which is usually 2.5-3% of the purchase price. We keep $8,900 of this for our service and pay the rest to you in a cash bonus. For example, if we help you buy an average price San Francisco home, it's purchase price is currently $1,487,728*. We will be paid a total commission of 2.5% of the purchase price, or $37,193.20. At closing, we will keep $8,900 for our service and pay you $28,293.

What's the catch?
There are none. Your cash bonus will be paid once the property has closed. The first five showings are free, any after that are $89 per showing, paid to Alokee out of your Alokee bonus at closing.
